Welcome to the KemBee Affiliate Program. This program allows approved affiliates to promote our products and earn commissions from qualified purchases made through their unique referral links.

By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to follow the terms, commission policy, payment rules, and promotional guidelines below.

How It Works

After your affiliate account is approved, you will receive a unique referral link. You can share this link on your website, blog, social media, email newsletter, video content, or other approved platforms.

When a customer places an order through your referral link, the order may be tracked and attributed to your affiliate account. Eligible orders will generate commissions according to our current commission structure.

Affiliate approval is not automatic. We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.

Commission

Affiliates may earn commissions on qualified purchases made through their referral links.

The standard commission rate may vary depending on product type, campaign, promotion, or affiliate level. The applicable commission rate may be displayed in the affiliate dashboard or confirmed separately by us.

The commission amount is calculated based on the eligible order subtotal, excluding shipping fees, taxes, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, and any other non-eligible amounts.

Commissions are only confirmed after the referred order is successfully completed and is no longer eligible for cancellation, refund, return, dispute, or chargeback.

If a referred order is canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged back, the related commission may be reversed, canceled, or deducted from the affiliate’s balance.

Payment

Affiliate commissions are available for withdrawal when the affiliate’s approved commission balance reaches the minimum payout amount of $50.

Affiliates may request a payout once their approved balance reaches the minimum payout requirement. Payout requests are reviewed and processed according to our monthly payment schedule.

Payments are generally processed on a monthly basis after the payout request has been reviewed and approved.

If the affiliate’s approved balance is below $50, the balance will be carried forward until the minimum payout requirement is reached.

Payments may be made through available payment methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, or other supported options. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid payment information.

We are not responsible for delayed, failed, rejected, or lost payments caused by incorrect or incomplete payment details provided by the affiliate.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must promote our products honestly, clearly, and responsibly.

Affiliates may promote our products through websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, video platforms, communities, or other approved marketing channels.

Affiliates must not use misleading claims, fake discounts, false product information, fake reviews, spam, unauthorized advertising, or any content that may damage our brand reputation.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, official representatives, partners, owners, or agents of KemBee.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are not allowed to:

• Use spam emails, fake traffic, bots, forced clicks, misleading redirects, or cookie stuffing.
• Use false advertising, fake reviews, inaccurate product claims, or misleading promotions.
• Bid on our brand name, website name, domain name, or trademarked terms in paid advertising without written permission.
• Create websites, pages, social profiles, or ads that imitate our official website or brand identity.
• Use coupon abuse, self-referrals, fake orders, fraudulent transactions, or unauthorized discount promotion.
• Promote our products on illegal, offensive, adult, hateful, harmful, misleading, or low-quality websites.
• Use copyrighted images, product content, or brand assets without permission.
• Mislead customers about pricing, shipping time, product quality, refund policies, or order guarantees.

Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Only valid and completed purchases are eligible for commission.

If a referred order is canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged back, the related commission may be reversed or deducted from the affiliate’s balance.

We reserve the right to delay commission approval until the order is considered final and no longer subject to refund, cancellation, dispute, or chargeback.

Account Review & Termination

We reserve the right to review affiliate accounts, traffic sources, promotional methods, referral activity, and commission history at any time.

We may suspend or terminate any affiliate account if we detect suspicious activity, policy violations, fraudulent behavior, misleading promotion, or actions that may harm our business, customers, website, or brand reputation.

If an affiliate account is terminated due to a violation of our terms, unpaid commissions may be canceled.

Changes to This Program

We may update, modify, pause, or terminate the Affiliate Program, commission rates, payout rules, or these terms at any time.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any changes means you agree to the updated terms.

Agreement

By submitting the affiliate registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Program policy, including the commission rules, payment terms, promotional guidelines, and prohibited activities.
